Within your role as Future Team Leader, you will provide support, additional leadership and mediation to team members and the Team Leader. You will be able to effectively run all aspects of the business in the absence of the Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their sales ability and have a commitment to providing a level of customer service that is second-to-none. The role requires well-presented individuals with fantastic communication skills. You will also have a background in Travel, preferably in a customer service style role.
